Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing the Kalibr Client Portal you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional guidelines we provide inside the portal. If you access the portal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Portal access is limited to Kalibr clients and the users we explicitly authorize. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of Content
All dashboards, benchmarks, research, and documents inside the portal remain the confidential property of Kalibr Partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer our materials without written authorization.
4. Third-Party Services
The portal integrates third-party services (for example Tableau Cloud, Substack, and email providers). Their use is subject to their own terms. Kalibr is not liable for outages or data handling performed by those providers.
5. Security & Privacy
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client data. You agree to notify Kalibr immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials or any suspected security incident.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these terms, if your commercial agreement with Kalibr lapses, or if we detect suspicious activity. You may request account removal by contacting help@kalibrpartners.com.
7. Disclaimers
All portal materials are provided for informational purposes only. Kalibr does not warrant that the content is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Use of the portal is at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
